Terms of Service

1. The service

FlupFlap provides access to mobile airtime recharge and, where supported by connected providers and operators, internet/data products and mobile bundles. Product availability, pricing, delivered value and fulfillment status depend on the selected destination, operator and configured provider.

2. Accounts and guest access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and keeping control of your account. Guest access may be available for limited recharge use. You must not use another person’s account without permission or attempt to bypass authentication, security or transaction controls.

3. Recipient information

You are responsible for reviewing the destination country, operator and mobile number before confirming a recharge. Mobile recharge is often difficult or impossible to reverse after provider submission or delivery. FlupFlap may block or fail closed when the provider, recipient or transaction state cannot be verified safely.

4. Products, prices and quotes

Available airtime, data and bundle products are provider-backed. Quotes may expire and may need to be refreshed before payment. FlupFlap does not guarantee that every operator or product is available at all times.

5. Payments

Payment must be successfully authorized or completed through the configured checkout flow before eligible fulfillment proceeds. A pending checkout is not the same as a completed recharge. Do not submit a duplicate payment or recharge while a previous transaction remains unresolved.

6. Pending, cancelled and failed transactions

A transaction may remain pending while payment or provider status is being confirmed. Where the backend determines that a pending recharge is still safely cancellable, a Cancel action may be offered. Cancellation is not available after authorization, capture, provider submission or other irreversible state transitions. A cancelled entry may later be removable from customer-visible history while operational records remain retained.

7. Provider fulfillment

Recharge may be fulfilled through configured third-party providers such as DT One, Reloadly or Ding when available. Provider availability and response times are outside FlupFlap’s direct control. FlupFlap uses server-side controls to avoid silently switching provider identity after payment when that would violate the transaction contract.

8. Prohibited use

• Do not use FlupFlap for fraud, unauthorized payments, account takeover or abuse.
• Do not manipulate quotes, fees, provider selection, transaction IDs or payment status.
• Do not attempt to access another customer’s recipients, transactions or account data.
• Do not interfere with the service, automated security controls, rate limits or provider integrations.

9. Availability and changes

FlupFlap may add, remove, suspend or change products, providers, destinations, account features or operational controls. Service interruptions can occur because of maintenance, connectivity, payment-provider issues, operator outages or recharge-provider conditions.

10. Support and disputes

If a recharge appears pending, failed or inconsistent with the amount shown at checkout, review Transaction history first and contact support with the transaction reference. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials or provider secrets by email.

11. Limitation of the service

FlupFlap is a technology service for initiating and tracking supported mobile recharge transactions. Delivery depends on external payment, telecom and recharge networks. Nothing in these terms overrides rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms are published may be subject to the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
