Get help with airtime, internet/data bundles, transactions, account access and payment questions.
Internet & bundles
Data plans and bundles appear only when the selected operator/provider offers them. FlupFlap does not invent plan values or validity periods.
Pending transactions
Open Transaction history and refresh the status before repeating a recharge. A safely cancellable pending transaction may show a Cancel action.
Cancelled transactions
After a transaction is successfully cancelled, eligible cancelled entries may be removed from your visible history while TiCash retains the audit record.
Account & security
Use Sign in, Create account or Forgot password from the FlupFlap access page. Never send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents by ordinary email.
Payments
Payment status is controlled by the TiCash backend and payment provider. Do not retry a charge until the transaction status is clear.
